Sex Trafficking Policy

Afterdark has zero tolerance for human trafficking or sexual exploitation in any form, consistent with the U.S. Trafficking Victims Protection Act and FOSTA-SESTA. Because Afterdark generates only synthetic content and does not host real performers, images, or videos of real people, it does not function as a marketplace for commercial sex or performer content — but the policy below applies fully to any user-facing feature where it could become relevant (e.g. community or chat features).

Prohibited

• Any use of the Service to advertise, solicit, arrange, or facilitate commercial sex involving a real person.
• Any use of the Service to recruit, groom, or coerce any individual into exploitation.
• Sharing contact information, meeting arrangements, or payment solicitation for real-world sexual services through the Service.

Reporting

Suspected trafficking or exploitation should be reported immediately to abuse@afterdark.ac and, where applicable, to the National Human Trafficking Hotline (1-888-373-7888) or local law enforcement. We cooperate fully with law enforcement investigations into suspected trafficking.
