Refund Policy

This policy covers subscriptions and one-time credit purchases on Afterdark once billing is live.

Subscriptions

Subscriptions renew automatically at the end of each billing period. You may cancel at any time to stop future renewals; cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period, and you retain access until then. We do not provide prorated refunds for partial billing periods, except where required by law.

Credits / one-time purchases

Generation credits are non-refundable once used. Unused credit purchases may be eligible for a refund within a limited window (final window to be set with our payment processor) if requested before any credits are consumed.

Exceptions

We will refund or reverse a charge where required by law, where a billing error occurred on our part, or where mandated by our payment processor's dispute rules.
