Acceptable Use Policy

Afterdark exists to generate original, synthetic adult content for consenting adults. The following is strictly prohibited, with zero exceptions:

Absolutely prohibited

• Any attempt to generate content depicting, or that could reasonably be interpreted as depicting, a minor. This includes prompts using age-coded language, school settings, or childlike physical characteristics. Violations result in immediate account suspension and are reported to the National Center for Missing & Exploited Children (NCMEC) and relevant law enforcement.
• Uploading a photo of, or naming, a real person (celebrity, public figure, or private individual) in a generation request, or any attempt to reproduce a real person's likeness.
• Content depicting non-consensual sexual conduct, bestiality, incest, or other content prohibited by our payment processors or hosting provider's policies.
• Uploading or attempting to bypass moderation with content that violates this policy.
• Using the platform if you are under 18 (or the age of majority in your jurisdiction).

Enforcement

Every generation passes through automated safety classifiers before delivery; flagged content is held for human review. Violations may result in content removal, account suspension, permanent ban, and/or referral to law enforcement where required by law.

Reporting abuse

Report suspected violations to abuse@afterdark.ac. We investigate all reports.
